How to Create an Account

1. PRESS THE CORRECT BUTTON (IT’S CONFUSING)

If you are a new or current PetBNB client, and have not used our new system yet, please click “ Are you a new customer?” button. (if you have used the online form you will still need to create a new account)

If you have used Kennelbooker with us before, please sign in using the “Are you an existing customer?” button. (if you have used the online form you will still need to create a new account)

Signing up will not schedule you a booking unless you request a booking. Please see How to Create a New Booking for directions and questions.

2. FILL OUT THE FORM

Fill out info about yourself and your dog. Create a username and password.
Note: if you have used our online form prior to using this, you will still need to create a new account.

3. WELCOME TO YOUR NEW PETBNB PAGE!

Things you can do from here:

Schedule your stay 3 months out

Book multiple days of daycare at a time

Update vaccinations, medications, and dog info.

Check outstanding invoices.
