If you are brand new to PetBNB and have never met anyone or have been to either of the facilities, you can schedule a new client meet & greet where your pup can spend time with our team individually before your stay! At this time, we are only accepting meet and greets for owners who have a specific dates for boarding to reserve, training clients looking for a program for their pup or regular weekly daycare commitment!

To cancel, reschedule or make any modifications to your reservation all you have to do is call 5182036280 and leave a message!
There is 50% of your total bill due to hold your reservation and there will be 25% non refundable cancellation fee for anything not canceled or rescheduled within a week of your drop off date.
Boarding made within a week of boarding drop off date - must change or cancel reservation 24 hours in advance. 50% will be held in your credits.
No call No shows will be a 100% non refundable cancellation fee.
Daycare must be cancelled 12 hours prior to your day camp drop off. 100% non refundable day of or no show, will be charged two days for no show.
